Air Fry Tandoori Fish
Recipe by Sejal
Ingredients:
1 whole fish fillet (steelhead, salmon, cod, or your choice)
1 cup yogurt
Salt, to taste
1–2 tablespoons tandoori masala (MDH, Everest, or any brand)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon oil (any neutral oil)
Air fryer liner (optional but recommended)
Instructions:
Prepare the Fish:
Wash and pat dry the fish fillet.
Remove the skin (if needed) and cut the fish into medium-sized cubes.
Make the Marinade:
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, salt, tandoori masala, lime juice, and oil.
Marinate the Fish:
Add the fish cubes to the marinade and coat evenly.
Let it rest for at least 10–15 minutes (or longer for deeper flavor).
Air Fry the Fish:
Line your air fryer basket with an air fryer liner.
Place the marinated fish cubes inside in a single layer.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through until slightly charred and cooked through.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve hot straight from the air fryer for the best flavor and texture.
Sprinkle extra chaat masala or lime juice on top for added tang and brightness.
Pair with mint chutney, tamarind chutney, or garlic yogurt dip.
Enjoy as a starter, or serve alongside jeera rice, naan, or a fresh salad for a light meal.
Great for meal prep—pack with rice and veggies for a flavorful lunchbox.
