Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients:
2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Heat the Butter:
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.Sauté the Garlic:
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant - do not let it burn.Add the Green Beans:
Add the cut green beans to the pan and toss to coat them in the garlic butter.Season:
Add salt and black pepper to taste.Roast to Perfection:
Cook the green beans on medium–high heat, stirring occasionally, until they are tender on the inside but still crisp and slightly charred on the outside.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a side dish with rice, fish, chicken, or meat.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness.
Sprinkle red chili flakes or toasted sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
