Punjabi Att Halwa

Ingredients:
1 cup ghee
1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
3 cups lukewarm water
1 cup sugar
Instructions:
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add the whole wheat flour and roast, stirring continuously, until it becomes nutty, fragrant, and starts to leave the ghee.
Gradually add the lukewarm water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Halfway through, add the sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.
Serve hot and fresh.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve immediately as a sweet offering or dessert.
Can be garnished with chopped nuts or a pinch of cardamom for extra flavor.
Traditionally served during religious ceremonies or festivals.
