Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (any type, according to your preference)

  • ½ tbsp organic turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

Option 1: Stovetop Method

  • Pour the milk into a small pan or mug.

  • Add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper, and sugar.

  • Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.

  • Heat the mixture on medium heat and bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.

  • Pour into a mug and serve warm.

Option 2: Quick Microwave Method

  • Add all ingredients directly into a microwave-safe mug.

  • Stir to combine.

  • Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds.

  • Stir again using a frother or spoon until smooth and frothy.

  • Ready to serve immediately.
