Turmeric Latte

Ingredients:
1 cup milk (any type, according to your preference)
½ tbsp organic turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Option 1: Stovetop Method
Pour the milk into a small pan or mug.
Add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper, and sugar.
Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Heat the mixture on medium heat and bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a mug and serve warm.
Option 2: Quick Microwave Method
Add all ingredients directly into a microwave-safe mug.
Stir to combine.
Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds.
Stir again using a frother or spoon until smooth and frothy.
Ready to serve immediately.
